One of the many perks of working in Times Square is that there is never a dull moment. North Shore Sign Company set up a massive crane in the street to lift some equipment up to the roof of One Times Square. They’re installing a new building maintenance system which will be used to provide access via suspended scaffolds for working on the wall-mounted signs at the west, east and south faces of One Times Square.
